A CELEBRATION held to mark the 50th anniversary of Hoyland Leisure Centre has raised over £1,300 for Weston Park Cancer Charity.
The day included a 70s-themed aerobics class, gymnastics display, cake sale and a 500km bike challenge.
Facility Manager Jon McCool said: “We had an amazing day of celebrations, which really marked the occasion. Hoyland Leisure Centre’s 50th Anniversary Raises £1,300 for Weston Park Cancer Charity

“A big thank you to our staff for all their hard work on the day and to our customers who really got into the spirit of the 70s theme and involved in everything we had going on at the event.
“Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we were delighted to raise over £1,300 for Weston Park.”
