Great gym plenty of equipment when its not been hogged by people on the phones.

Classes with vicky are the best!.Vicky gos above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in her class and makes classes fun.Vicky instantly makes you smile even when your working hard at her classes.Thanks vicky x

Great place to work out wide range of equipment in the gym swimming pool is nice also not to busy either staff are very friendly and helpful the only downside is they play the radio in the gym and often it's too loud you can't actually drown out the skitters with headphones mental diet is even more important than physical unless you are unaware and on autopilot consuming garbage.

Been using this gym for the last 11/12 years, love it here, although I think it’s missing a sauna.😁
I’ve started this year doing the Circuit classes with Chris Witty, really enjoy them and he’s a very friendly and professional instructor, I loved the spin classes with Dave when I could make the last year too.

Early morning classes with Rach Howard at Dearneside are amazing. You will work hard with a welcoming group of people. They all help each other including new members, they include you in social events (breakfast, gigs, curry nights) and group chat. Rach has created a real friendly social group - love it.
