Great gym facilities

Nice gym. Been coming here for years. Initially for the swimming but recently transitioned to a gym routine. Usually clean but occasionally mens runs out of hand soap! But machines in gym are good quality and well maintained, staff and members keep the gym tidy and out weights back after sets. And had one or two pointers from staff members when doing sets so a friendly atmosphere overalm! Only major complaint is no proper pec deck/rear delt machine!

Lovely pool...but it's a shame that some preceding sessions overrun. Not a huge problem I accept, but slightly annoying.

First time here today. Lovely clean facilities and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Looking forward to my next session
