& Conditions

Campaign Period

The September 2026 promotions launch from 7 September 2026 and will run for a limited period. The campaign end date may be adapted by BPL based on campaign performance and operational requirements.

Promotional annual memberships are offered for a limited time and are subject to limited availability. BPL does not guarantee a fixed number of promotional memberships and reserves the right to increase, reduce, extend or withdraw availability during the campaign.

Refer a Friend Promotion

2.1 Where the offer is available

The Refer a Friend promotion is available at all participating Your Space sites.

The promotion is available to eligible customers aged 16 and over, subject to the normal eligibility requirements of the membership being purchased.

2.2 Who can refer a new member

To qualify as a referring member, the member must:

• hold an active eligible Your Space membership;
• be aged 16 or over;
• have a fully paid and up-to-date membership with no outstanding arrears;
• not hold a staff membership;
• not have originally joined Your Space through this September 2026 Refer a Friend promotion.

Members who themselves joined through the September 2026 Refer a Friend promotion cannot subsequently act as the referring member under the same promotion.

Eligible active annual members may refer new members.

2.3 Who can be referred

The referred customer must:

• be aged 16 or over;
• be joining an eligible Your Space membership;
• either be a new Your Space member or a former member who no longer has an active membership;
• have no outstanding membership arrears with Your Space/BPL;
• not be using any other September promotional membership offer.

There is no minimum inactivity period for former members. A former member may therefore participate immediately after cancelling a previous membership, provided they meet all eligibility requirements and have no outstanding arrears.

2.4 Eligible memberships

The Refer a Friend promotion may apply to eligible Your Space membership products, subject to the normal eligibility requirements of the membership being purchased.

The promotion does not apply to:

• staff memberships;
• the September Promotional Annual Membership;
• any membership being taken alongside another promotional offer, discount, voucher or promotional code unless expressly confirmed by BPL.

Refer a Friend Reward

3.1 Reward for the new member

The successfully referred new member will join and pay for their membership in the normal way.

Subject to the eligibility requirements in these terms, the new member will receive December 2026 free.

Any joining payment and membership payments due before December remain payable as normal in accordance with the member’s membership agreement.

3.2 Reward for the referring member

Each successfully validated referral earns the referring member one free membership month.

Each additional qualifying referral will be applied to the next consecutive month.

Each free month is conditional on the referred member linked to that reward remaining an active Your Space member, fully paid and in good standing when that reward month is applied.

The reward will be administered by BPL through its normal membership and payment processes, including Harlands where applicable.

3.3 Qualification for referral rewards

For a referral reward to apply:

• the referred member must have successfully joined through the Refer a Friend promotion using promo code REF1;
• the referred member must remain an active Your Space member when the relevant reward month is applied;
• the referring member must also remain an active eligible member;
• both memberships must be fully paid and in good standing;
• all membership payments due before the relevant reward month must have been successfully made;
• neither membership may have been cancelled before the relevant reward is applied.

If the referred member linked to a reward is no longer active when that reward month is applied, that specific free-month reward will not be applied to the referring member.

How a Referral Must Be Completed

To participate in the Refer a Friend promotion, the new member must use promo code REF1 when joining.

BPL will use its membership systems to identify customers who joined using REF1 and may contact the new member to confirm who referred them.

The Call Centre will cross-check that the named referring member is live, active and eligible before any referral reward is applied.

Where referral information needs to be corrected or completed, BPL may manage this through the Call Centre and/or Harlands process.

BPL reserves the right to request sufficient information to verify the identities, memberships and eligibility of both the referring member and new joiner.

Promotional Annual Membership

Eligible customers may purchase one of the following promotional 12-month annual memberships:

The full promotional annual membership fee is payable upfront. No Direct Debit is required for the promotional annual membership.

Participating Annual Membership Sites

6.1 £200 Single-Site Annual Membership

The £200 Single-Site Annual Membership is available at:

• Your Space Bircotes
• Your Space Dearneside
• Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre
• Your Space Pontefract
• Your Space Royston
• Your Space Retford
• Your Space Worksop

The £200 membership is valid only at the selected participating site.

6.2 £300 Premium Annual Membership

The £300 Premium Annual Membership is available to purchase through:

• Your Space Hoyland
• Your Space Mansfield
• Your Space Metrodome

The £300 Premium Annual Membership provides access to all Your Space clubs in accordance with normal Premium membership access rules, site opening hours, facility availability and admission policies.

Retford

Your Space Retford participates in the campaign from 7 September 2026 in line with the overall campaign launch. No separate pre-opening promotional arrangement applies.

Eligibility for the Promotional Annual Membership

The promotion is available to eligible customers aged 16 and over.

It may be purchased by:

• new members;
• former/cancelled members;
• existing active monthly members;
• existing annual members.

Any outstanding membership arrears must be resolved in accordance with BPL’s normal membership procedures before a new promotional membership can be activated.

Existing Members Moving to a Promotional Annual Membership

Existing members may choose to move to a promotional annual membership where eligible. By doing so they will give up their existing membership arrangement.

Where the existing membership includes Price for Life, that Price for Life entitlement will not transfer to the promotional annual membership.

Once a member leaves a Price for Life membership to take a promotional annual membership, the previous Price for Life rate is not guaranteed to be reinstated. Customers should therefore be made aware of this before switching.

What the Promotional Annual Membership Includes

Both promotional annual memberships include normal access applicable to the membership product, including:

• gym access;
• group exercise/classes;
• swimming where available;
• Your Space app access;
• standard class and activity booking facilities available with that membership.

The £200 Single-Site Annual Membership is valid only at the selected joining site.

The £300 Premium Annual Membership provides access to all Your Space clubs in accordance with the normal Premium membership access rules.

Normal site opening hours, booking procedures, facility availability, age restrictions, health and safety requirements, admission policies and class capacities continue to apply.

The membership does not guarantee access to any particular class, facility or session where capacity restrictions apply.

What the Promotional Annual Membership Does Not Include

The promotional membership:

• does not include Price for Life;
• does not guarantee the same promotional renewal price;
• cannot be transferred to another person;
• cannot be exchanged for another membership product;
• cannot be combined with the September Refer a Friend promotion;
• cannot be combined with another promotional discount, voucher or joining offer unless expressly confirmed by BPL.

Membership Start and End Date

The promotional annual membership starts on the date it is purchased or activated and runs for a full 12-month membership period.

For example, a membership starting on 7 September 2026 will run until 6 September 2027.

Any exceptional requests relating to delayed or amended activation dates will be managed by BPL in accordance with normal membership procedures and at BPL’s discretion.

Renewal

The promotional membership will expire at the end of the 12-month membership period.

It will not automatically renew at £200 or £300.

If the customer wishes to continue their membership after expiry, they will need to join or renew onto a membership product available at that time and pay the applicable price.

The promotional price does not create any entitlement to the same price in future.

Payment

The applicable promotional annual membership fee (£200 or £300) must be paid in full at the point of purchase.

Accepted payment methods are:

• card payment online;
• card payment in club;
• cash payment in club.

No Direct Debit is established for the promotional annual membership.

Limited Time and Limited Availability

The promotional annual memberships are offered on a limited-time, limited-availability basis.

BPL does not guarantee a predetermined number of promotional memberships at any site or across the campaign.

BPL reserves the right to increase, reduce, extend or withdraw availability at any time during the promotional period.

Availability is not guaranteed until the membership purchase has been successfully completed and payment received.

Cancellation, Cooling-Off and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, cooling-off and exceptional membership requests will be handled through BPL’s normal membership and Call Centre procedures and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these promotional terms is intended to remove or restrict a customer’s statutory consumer rights.

One Promotional Offer Per Customer

A customer may only participate in one September 2026 promotional joining offer at a time.

A Promotional Annual Membership cannot be combined with:

• Refer a Friend, including use of promo code REF1;
• another September membership promotion;
• another discount;
• promotional voucher;
• promotional code;
• special promotional rate, unless BPL expressly confirms otherwise.

Price for Life

Existing members who remain on their existing eligible Price for Life membership are unaffected by the September campaign.

Neither the £200 Single-Site Annual Membership nor the £300 Premium Annual Membership qualifies for Price for Life.

Customers who voluntarily leave an existing Price for Life membership to take a promotional annual membership will lose the previous Price for Life rate.

At the end of the promotional annual period, any future membership will be available at the price and terms applicable at that time.

Misuse of the Promotions

BPL reserves the right to refuse, remove or withdraw promotional benefits where it reasonably believes there has been:

• self-referral;
• duplicate or false member accounts;
• provision of false or misleading information;
• manipulation or misuse of the promotion;
• attempted combining of promotional offers;
• fraudulent activity;
• abuse of the referral process.

BPL may request information reasonably required to validate eligibility.

Changes or Withdrawal

BPL reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or withdraw either promotion where reasonably necessary, including where:

• BPL changes or withdraws promotional availability;
• there is a technical or payment-system issue;
• there is evidence of misuse or fraud;
• circumstances outside BPL’s reasonable control prevent the promotion operating as intended.

Any changes will not affect statutory consumer rights. Where practicable, customers will be informed of material changes affecting an offer they have already validly purchased.

Standard Membership Rules

Unless specifically changed by these promotional terms, the normal Your Space membership terms, site rules, booking rules, admission policies and facility conditions continue to apply.

Where these promotional terms conflict with a standard membership provision specifically in relation to the September offer, the promotional term will apply to the extent required to operate the promotion, subject always to applicable consumer law.
