Social media inspired me to start my fitness journey, following women on social media that work hard at their fitness goals everyday inspired me to push myself too and I haven’t stopped since!
I don’t take myself serious, life is too short not to laugh everyday, even at the stupid stuff. I like to make workouts fun as they can be whilst working your body to the limit. I love to combine all styles of training from CrossFit to Olympic lifting, bodybuilding to strength training but I’d say my main and most important technique when training is stretching and mobility.
