My fitness journey began at university. I studied Science and Nutrition and was fascinated by how exercise and diet had such a huge part in our physical and mental well being. I have been a Personal Trainer for almost a decade and my love for it hasn’t changed a bit.

I have almost 10 years experience with 1-1 PT and in that time have seen huge body transformations from weight loss to muscle growth.
