My deep-rooted passion for fitness started at a young age in competitive sports.
From an early age, I discovered the rewards of dedication, commitment, and hard work. As a strength and conditioning coach, I have the privilege of working with clients who undergo remarkable transformations and successfully accomplish their fitness and sporting goals.
I work closely with my clients to establish realistic and attainable objectives, constantly monitoring progress and adjusting the training program to ensure continuous improvement and motivation.
I have gained a diverse range of qualifications (MSc Strength and Conditioning, Aug 2023) and have extensive experience in various sports as both an international athlete (powerlifting and swimming) and coach (Swim England).
