Where did it all start?

Growing up, I thought I wasn’t the sporty girl or someone who really fit into that crowd. I first stepped into the gym as a teenager simply trying to fit in, but it quickly became much more than that.
 
After realising my first university degree wasn’t the right path for me, training became a positive outlet and it genuinely changed my life helping me rebuild my confidence and mindset.
 
I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer and discovered a real passion for health and movement, and for helping others who may have once felt the same unsure, lacking confidence, or thinking fitness and exercise wasn’t for them.

I create an enjoyable, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported. I’m chatty, personable, and believe training should be something you genuinely look forward to, not dread.
 
Alongside coaching, I’m currently studying Physiotherapy at university, which gives me a deeper understanding of movement, injury prevention, and performance. I’m passionate about helping people move well and progress safely, with a strong focus on correct movement, confidence building, and long-term sustainable progress so you feel stronger both physically and mentally.
