From a young age, I was always into the sport. I played football for a local team for a few years. I then went on to do mixed martial arts, and I continued this until I reached a blue belt.
After another few years, I followed my Dad’s footsteps into the game of Rugby union and I managed to take part in an England trial and a Yorkshire trial.
I played sports throughout school and did GCSE PE. I achieved a grade of “A” for my sports being Rugby, Rugby coaching and Boxing.
I joined the gym when I was 14 years old to help improve my fitness and get stronger. I then joined a Rugby scholarship. While I was in college, I played Basketball, Badminton, Rugby and Football.
I have been training in the gym since the age of 14. When I was 17, I got qualified as a Gym Instructor, and from there, I became a qualified Personal Trainer.
I worked for a Personal Training business for a while to gain experience and learn how to help clients with different goals. I am now self-employed and working with my clients, providing strength training, HIIT training and Boxing.
I offer 1-2-1 sessions or a buddy deal of 2 people working out together.
We help you to achieve your goals, whether that be to lose weight, bulk up or tone.
