How do i book?

What extras are included in my swimming lesson membership?

If your child has a Your Swim Academy membership, they will receive free swimming at any site, including the Metrodome Waterpark.

Do you only offer swimming lessons?

No, we also offer diving lessons and Rookie Lifeguard lessons.

What will my child need to bring to their swimming lesson?

They will need swimwear, a towel. Hats and goggles are optional.

What if my child has additional needs or medical needs?

We have SEND Classes available across our sites – or contact us if you would like to speak to someone regarding this.

Do you sell swimwear / goggles?

We have a huge range of swimwear and goggles available to purchase at reception.

Is there a waiting list to join Your Swim Academy?

We do have a waiting list; however, the duration of your wait depends on your availability.

Do you run 1-2-1 Lessons?

Yes, we do! You can apply on our website for these particular lessons; just select the 1-2-1 lesson option.

Do I need to get in the pool with my child for their lesson?

If your child is booked in a Stage 1 lesson, parents are not required. If your child is in Discovery or Ducklings, parents are required in the water.

Will I be able to change my day/time?

Yes, depending on the availability we have. You can do this over the phone or at reception.

Do I need to bring swim nappies for my child under 4?

We do provide them on-site if your child requires a swim nappy.

If I go on holiday, do I lose my place?

No, your space is reserved for your child while you are paying for your membership; your place will not be lost.

What age do you cater for?

From 3 months to Adults!
