Train together during selected times, with an adult aged 18+ accompanying the junior member.
Every junior member completes an induction before using the gym, so they understand the equipment and how to train safely.
Junior members can attend suitable group fitness classes, subject to class type, timetable and availability.
Swimming is included at Hoyland, subject to the pool timetable, session availability and local admission rules.
A free personalised programme helps junior members build confidence, skills and a positive routine.
Junior members can attend supervised Junior Gym sessions alone, or train with an adult during Parent & Junior sessions.
Junior members aged 11+ may attend supervised sessions without a parent or guardian.
Junior members must attend with a parent or guardian aged 18+ during these sessions.
No pre-booking is required. Simply arrive at reception and collect the appropriate wristbands before entering the gym.
Junior gym access is based on age, induction guidance and suitable equipment use.

Under-16s cannot take part in Les Mills classes. All junior class access is subject to the current timetable, instructor guidance and availability.

No. Junior and Parent & Junior gym sessions do not need to be booked in advance. Simply collect the appropriate wristbands from reception when you arrive.
