About Your Space Retford

We’re proud to be based in Retford, North Nottinghamshire, where Your Space Retford launched in December 2020. It’s fair to say we’ve changed quite a bit recently, departing from our previous brand Fitness Flex to create a brand new environment where fun and friendly is commonplace.

This has a well equipped gym with a selection of classes as well as the pool. The staff are helpful. I only have two whinges. Number 1 Membership is pretty expensive even if you are sent via referral £30+ and 2 not enough aquasize classes. There are lots of people with joint problems and they definitely need a fairer system than wait by the phone and pounce for a space

Really good for when you are not physical up to doing a lot of exercise, chair exercise is great and 2 further lesson as you improve

A great place to exercise and met new like minded people. The staff are marvelous and always there to help you. It's a lovely friendly place and you can buy a drink with your new friends when you've finished.

Great, clean, friendly, fully stocked gym. Plenty of classes run by professional staff. Carpark can get full, but there are plenty of quiet times.

Good leisure centre but the viewing gallery for the pool is poor. Not very well designed at all.

Clean in the pool and locker rooms. Not over crowded during lap swimming or family swim. The chlorine level wasn't too bad either. Normally my eyes sting for ages afterwards but I was able to swim for an hour without goggles with only mild mistiness. Reasonably priced.

I take my grandson to his swimming lessons. I sit and watch in the spectators gallery. There are lots of seats but l have only seen one area where a wheelchair could go

We swim and use the gym here. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good range of products to buy. clean pool and love the gym.

Nice, clean swimming pool with lots of different sessions for young kids. Good instructors. I take the grand kids there and they love it.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Something for all levels of fitness, age and activity preference. Some classes get booked up quickly and there is a waiting list. Maybe new or extra classes could be put onto cope with higher demand or facilitate times for different lifestyles. On sunny days the main room upstairs can get very hot, due to the present lack of shade for the sun roof. No lockers upstairs to the best of my knowledge.

Very reasonable prices. And a lovely family friendly pool with a nice viewing area. Haven't tried the gym but looks nice
