Find us in Pontefract, Yorkshire. Your Space gym launched in December 2018. It’s fair to say we’ve changed quite a bit recently, departing from our previous brand Fitness Flex to create a brand new environment where fun and friendly is commonplace.

This was my first time in the gym, I usually train at home. My wife is gym vet so i based this review mainly on her opinion.+ lots of different equipment+ friendly atmosphere and nice changing rooms- a little bit too crowded

Great gym, I've visited most in the area and this hands down is the best. Has a relaxation area with sauna and steamroom for post-workout. I understand its a not for profit organisation, as a result all of the equipment is top-class. I even got a free PT session as part of my membership. I had the pleasure of being shown some circuit training at my request from Connor, a great bloke, extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of the staff have been nothing but welcoming and polite since I signed up. Couldn't ask for more from a gym. Thanks guys for all of your hard work!!

Great local gym. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is very positive. Wide selection of classes and plenty of kit to use. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quality gym to sign up to!

I tried a couple other gyms and this is by far the best one for the different types of machines and classes they offer. I'm not an avid gym goer and don't find it too intimidating doing things alone or in a class. The staff are also cheery and welcoming.

Most of the staff are generally friendly and helpful and the place is usually very clean. I find that it gets busy on certain days and you have to plan around those. Forget Monday and probably Tuesday evenings and its not too bad. The atmosphere isn't great IMO and its hard to pinpoint why that is.Overall I would say its better than most with only more staff training required to bring it where it could be.

Great sized gym. Every free weight and machine you could ask for.Including full changing rooms with sauna and steam room.If you download the app ‘hustle’ you can purchase a 1 month membership for just over 30£ and under. No commitment , no hassle.I use this gym every time I’m hone from working abroad. Ideal membership options👍

This is an excellent gym. People actually seem to know what they're doing which is always a bonus, staff are nice and it has a good selection of equipment. Also the times I've been have never been too busy and there is enough equipment for availability, no standing around waiting.

Credit where it is due. I have mildly criticised this gym in the past. But the refurbishments and new equipment have turned 'Your Space' into a first class fitness location. Proud to be a member. Well done to all involved in the transformation
