Junior members must wear a wristband throughout their gym session. Please collect the correct wristband when arriving at the club.
Junior gym access is based on age, induction guidance and suitable equipment use.

Every junior member must complete an induction before using the gym.
A member of the fitness team will introduce the suitable equipment available for the junior member’s age.
The induction explains how to use equipment safely and confidently during Junior Gym sessions.
An accompanying adult must also have completed an induction before attending the available evening sessions with a junior member.
