Junior members can attend with an adult after 6pm on weekdays, with no advance booking required.
Every junior member completes an induction before using the gym, covering equipment access and safe use.
Junior members can enjoy selected suitable group fitness classes, subject to timetable, age guidance and availability.
Swimming is included at Worksop and across participating Your Space sites, subject to pool timetables, availability and local admission rules.
Eligible members aged 14 and 15 can work towards approved free-weight access through a five-session instructor-led programme.
Junior members can access the gym throughout the week during the following times.
Junior members aged 11+ may attend during supervised Junior Gym access.
Junior members can attend with an adult after 6pm on weekdays. No advance booking is required for this access, but juniors must check in at reception when they arrive.
Equipment access is based on age, induction guidance and whether the Junior Free Weight Programme has been successfully completed.

Free-weight access is not included automatically when joining. Until the full Junior Free Weight Programme has been completed and signed off, junior members must not use free weights or the programme’s restricted equipment.
Junior members aged 14 and 15 can work towards selected free-weight access through Worksop’s structured instructor-led programme.
A specific Junior Free Weight Consent Form must be signed by a parent or guardian before the first training session.
Junior members must complete five instructor-led sessions. Each individual session must be signed off by the instructor.
All five sessions must be successfully completed before the junior member can receive overall programme sign-off.
Once fully signed off, the approved exercises can be performed during supervised Junior Gym sessions and during parent-supervised gym access from 6pm onwards.
Completing the programme does not provide unrestricted free-weight access. Junior members may only perform the exercises taught and approved as part of the programme.
Any free-weight, cable or plate-loaded exercise not listed above remains prohibited for junior members.
Junior members can take part in selected suitable fitness classes, subject to the current timetable, age guidance and availability.

Under-16s cannot take part in Les Mills classes. All junior class access remains subject to the current timetable, instructor guidance, age suitability and availability.

No. Junior members may only perform the specific exercises taught and approved as part of the Worksop programme. Any exercises outside that list remain prohibited.
Yes. Junior members can attend selected suitable classes, including Aquacise, Zumba and Studio Cycling, subject to timetable, instructor guidance, age suitability and availability. Under-16s cannot attend Les Mills classes.
Yes. Junior Membership includes swimming at Worksop and across participating Your Space sites, subject to pool timetables, availability and local admission rules.
No. Junior Membership is flexible, with no joining fee and no long-term contract.
