Ruth has been an enormously good instructor and teacher to our kids - Jacob and Edward Hoyle. Edward absolutely loves Ruth and when he sees she is the instructor of his group, he is excited to go and try his best for her. Gentle and soft spoken, but firm with kids, encouraging them to achieve the best they can do and just a little bit more. I am very greatful to Ruth for her input in Edward’s progress. Thank you Ruth - you are brilliant!!
Great gym and changing facilities, all the staff are very helpful and friendly.The exercise classes are run by some great instructors who are friendly, helpful, and make you feel well.
My Granddaughters both have swimming lessons here.lovely place to swim for all ages.Such a friendly environment.The welcome is wonderful right from reception through to poolside.Kind, caring people that are a credit to Worksop make this a great experience.
Well laid out car park with dedicated disabled parking on either side of the centre. The centre itself has a two storey gym, the exercise equipment is ample and clients referred by a GP can request one to one help and supervision. It has a clean 25m pool and smaller pool where numerous classes are held and evening and weekend lessons are held for "Learn to Swim" with Lifeguard attending. Single Changing rooms and one for group changing for women and one for men are also available. Toilets for disabled in changing rooms and in foyer and on first floor which can be accessed by a lift. Seating in spectator gallery is clean and adequate for galas which are held at times. There is a dance studio where classes are held and steam and sauna rooms in changing rooms. All in all well worth visiting.
Lovely and clean. Good covid implementation. Lanes were a little too crowded though for my liking. Will be looking for a quieter time. Overall though a nice place.
