I have tried different gyms over the years and never really found one that made me want to come back. Holland Leisure Centre is the exception to that. I like data to drive my actions and all the machines here are linked to an app that records your workouts. From reps and sets to total weight and time spent. It takes the hard work out of tracking progression. The staff are super friendly and the place is always clean, tidy, and smelling fresh. The changing rooms in particular are exceptionally well maintained. Overall it's the first gym that has kept me coming back.

I attended the hydrotherapy class. The class itself was great and the water was warm. The carpark was quite full so give yourself plenty of time.

Had a kebab from here other week and it was banging really nice and food was hot would go again.

Good gym facilities. I’ve been going for years. A wide range of equipment - machines and free weights. Swimming facilities are good with several pools.

Good courts and sizes but often book up well in advance for week nights
